The CallSnap era has begun today.
There’s nothing worse and less informative than your mobile phone’s DECLINE button. At TIP, we’re striving to come up with just the right features to make your mobile communication better….and sometimes even more fun. With our brand spankin’ new app CallSnap, we think we have a winner that qualifies as both.
In case you don’t know, CallSnap is our patent-pending cool new app that lets you respond to a phone call by sending an instant photo. How novel is this you may wonder? Well, when our SEO guys checked how many times “decline a phone call with a photo” has ever been Googled, we really knew we had something special…the answer was 0!
True innovation! So how do you take something that’s never even been Googled and make it the hit of the Summer of 2013? Well, it will take strong branding and marketing for sure, but we’ll be buoyed by the fact that the actual purpose for CallSnap usage is so darn good. I like to refer to TIP’s 20-something Chief Creative Officer Josh Eidenberg as The Father of CallSnap. He has driven the app from inception to roll-out with a real vision for the android ds emulator way he wants to use it for his own communication. While there are a lot of photo-sharing apps, some for beauty (think Instagram) and some for fun (think Snapchat), we think CallSnap will be successful because it really serves a purpose. And it’s fun to use!
So what is that purpose for CallSnap according to our vision….?
First of all, the DECLINE button just sucks. It makes communication worse, not better. By using CallSnap, you acknowledge to a caller that you saw their call. This is important because now they know:
- You saw their call and are busy
- What you’re doing
- A hint into when you might call them back based on your activity (for instance recently when I CallSnapped someone from the Chicago Blackhawks game, he knew I wouldn’t be calling him back for hours)
Using CallSnap is far more efficient than ignoring a call. The use cases are endless. CallSnap is also enchanting and more fun. It is a rich way of communicating. It shows personality and insight into your life. We like to say it proves that “a picture’s worth a thousand words”, because it’s true! For TIP Solutions, the CallSnap is the first step in our mission to “Change the way the world answers a phone call“. Send us your email at [email protected] if you have a question, comment, or just want to get on our email distribution list. We have much more product in the pipeline coming in 2013. In the meantime, we urge you to try out CallSnap today and please tell a friend!
